Support for student service gives hands-on ways to give back
Since 1990, an organized “Alternative Spring Break” at Michigan has provided thousands of students with the opportunity to serve by participating in projects ranging from building new homes for low-income families in rural Mississippi to tutoring disadvantaged kids in Colorado to helping hurricane victims in Louisiana.
